This isn't an aggressive or defensive document, it's just that these days everything seems to need "fine print". This is an explanation of my own calling after much prayerful reflection this year, and I respectfully submit it this one time only in hopes of avoiding future extraordinary "diagnosis" thereof. The within is not intended to endorse or oppose any political candidate or party of any nature(s), nor should it be assumed any official(s) or candidate(s) even know of or endorse NPULC.
 
The official creed of Universal Life Church is: "Do the right thing". New Pathway Universal Life Church (NPULC) is moved to organize around the concept that temptations to arrive at what is right via dialectical, or philosophical, debates for or against This isn't an aggressive or defensive document, it's just that these days everything seems or between any religion(s) should be avoided to not diminish the purpose of celebrating worship together.
 
To start, most people (religious, agnostic, or atheist) attending NPULC will likely have one or more of the following interests: belief in a supernatural intelligent being or beings; belief in a superior intelligent being or beings; complex world view interpreting the significance of human life; belief in experience after death; moral code; belief that the moral code is sanctioned by a superior intelligent being or beings; an account of the nature of, origin of, and cure for evil; theodicy; prayer and ritual; sacred objects and places; revealed truths or interpretations of revelatory events; religious experience such as awe, mystical experience, revelations; deep, intense concern; institutionalized social sharing of one or more of the foregoing interests.
 
Some still hold that it is pedestrian, self-serving, and wholly impossible for an eclectic group of individual beliefs on religion to plausibly worship the same Creator; some say only a patent charlatan or illiterate could even speculate such a thing.
 
Yet, consider a man named Harvey G. Cox, known as an ordained Baptist minister, noted author, and Victor S. Thomas Professor of Divinity at Harvard University. In a 1993 treatise on Christianity for the book 'Our Religions: The Seven World Religions Introduced By Preeminent Scholars From Each Tradition" (HarperCollins, ISBN 0-06-067264-1), Mr. Cox asserted:
 
         "As Christians begin to recognize that God made a special covenant with
           the Jews at Sinai and that the same God also revealed himself in Jesus 
           Christ without annulling the earlier bond, it seems consistent to believe this
           same God could also reveal himself to Buddhists, Hindus, and others. What
           seems required of Christians is a measure of humility and a sharp awareness
           of the magnitude and mystery of God".
 
Upon such citation, it seems neither that NPULC invented a concept that a Creator accords diversity in same's perception by humanity, nor that NPULC must be laboring under a "dodge" or misconception, nor that NPULC is far-fringed or marginalized in believing diverse persons…including atheists…are sometimes drawn together for good in ways part of a single Creator's mysterious plan.
 
Universal Life Church of Modesto, California (ULC) ordains reverends into its actual own Church, as unpaid and self-sufficient clergy, each to the free limits of one's own lawful personal gifts, to preach and teach for the purposes by which one felt called to such  service, including but not limited to preaching the Gospels of Jesus Christ and a variety of rites, and including sacraments of baptism and marriage not limited to Christian tradition (but certainly as is lawful). ULC ministers may build their own congregations and do not tithe to the main or other ULC Churches, and ULC does not provide funds or share in other congregations' assets or holdings.
 
In relation to ULC ordination, and its value to the Creator, first there is the First Amendment to the USA Constitution; some insist government can nonetheless prescribe an ordination standard for all faiths and still not be establishing a State license. NPULC otherwise offers what the Vatican Catechism and Martin Luther opined as requisites in re ordination, they being among those seeing Jesus Christ as one form of the Creator and which have "passed official muster".
 
The Catechism of the Roman Catholic Church, adopted 1992 by Pope John Paul II, and appearing at the Vatican public website, states: "The laity can also feel called, or be in fact called, to cooperate with their pastors in the service of the ecclesial community, for the sake of its growth and life. This can be done through the exercise of different kinds of ministries according to the grace and charisms which the Lord has been pleased to bestow on them"(910); "…When the necessity of the Church warrants it and when ministers are lacking, lay persons, even if they are not lectors or acolytes, can also supply for certain of their offices, namely, to exercise the ministry of the word, to preside over liturgical prayers, to confer Baptism, and to distribute Holy Communion…"(903); "…The sacrament of Holy Orders communicates a "sacred power" which is none other than that of Christ. The exercise of this authority must therefore be measured against the model of Christ, who by love made himself the least and and the servant of all. The Lord said clearly that concern for his flock was proof of love for him"(1551); "No one has a right to receive the sacrament of Holy Orders. Indeed no one claims this office for himself; he is called to it by God. Anyone who thinks he recognizes the signs of God's call to the ordained ministry must humbly submit his desire to the authority of the Church, who has the responsibility and right to call someone to receive orders. Like every grace this sacrament can be received only as an unmerited gift"(1578); and "Since it is ultimately Christ who acts and effects salvation through the ordained minister, the unworthiness of the latter does not prevent Christ from acting."(1584).
 
Martin Luther, an Augustinian monk whose Catholic-based belief system is today known as Lutheranism, in his 1520 'An Appeal to the Ruling Class of German Nationality as to the Amelioration of the State of Christendom', put all that this simpler way: "Every one who has been baptized may claim that he has already been consecrated priest, bishop, or pope, even though it is not seemly for any particular person to exercise the office. Just because we are all priests of equal standing, no one must push himself forward and, without the consent and choice of the rest, presume to do that for which we all have equal authority".
 
Any NPULC minister began with a concern for the universal Creator's entire global population, then approached ULC sincerely as a faith…ala Lutheranism, founded by a non-Bishopric baptized Christian in 1959…for ordination in response to the Creator's will known or unknown, and later ACCEPTED ordination given for being part of the Creator's plan as ULC authority discerned. Since a ULC minister must convoke all NPULC  services yet congregants bring their own peaceful catechisms or philosophies in support of universal worship, and NPULC has no agenda beyond simple worship and fellowship for humanitarian purposes, would a more complex hierarchy be needed to validate belief in transcendant universality of a Creator; is a more wordy catechism for handing on ULC faith even possible; do older faiths get to splinter beliefs and still be called valid unified faiths; are narrowly focused liberation theologies in older faiths more valid than one focused on a universal Creator?
 
The mission of NPULC therefore is to publicize its existence as a way for interested persons not to come and debate wherein they are different or similar as religious people, or as agnostics, but to offer whatever prayers as each sees fit for each other's and the world's spiritual well-being under a single Creator with a number of mysterious faces…as people similarly do during public moments of silence, only with the added dimension of belief we are all actually parts of the same Creator. NPULC does not require agnostics to adopt any faith in particular, and will permit atheists to speak provided…like religious congregants not allowed to compare themselves…atheists do not attack religion(s) or attempt explanatory reduction  thereof, but enjoying equal courtesy of religious atheists opine in the nature of what existed before the very first Big Bang anywhere, or what causes matter to generate from a void with no discernible beginning, if not a Creator; atheists and others may also freely offer any non-polemic philosophy they may have in regard to the purpose of existence.
 
NPULC will not endorse any religion or philosophy other than the universality of a Creator together with worship formats suggested by or through ULC. NPULC does not require a member or attendee to cease practicing a peaceful outside religion. NPULC will encourage attendees and  members to form committees as other traditional faiths have done, for customary attainment and upkeep of worship and meeting places, and for goodwill social events and humanitarianism in accordance with law. When in final organization, NPULC will have a Sole Director (as USA PATRIOT or similar contact) capable of appointing officers in lieu of meetings, and congregants will select amongst themselves as to any humanitarian lay committee(s).
 
As to birth control, abortion, and same-sex civil unions, NPULC recognizes that some faiths view such things as sins on grounds such acts per se "mock God"; NPULC for its part urges competent counseling in re anyone contemplating birth control or abortion , as well as marriage (to understand all aspects thereof); NPULC  believes that like divorce or incarceration, it is not the incidental spiritual sin that mocks creation, but the comprehensive intents of the inner heart or soul which defines what is spiritually intended…such things, and judgment thereon, are the province of the Creator alone. Thus, NPULC will not protest or obstruct laws on birth control, abortion, or civil unions, nor hold participants thereof in unforgiveable sin; NPULC also knows such issues are emotional and is prayerful for those of other faiths, agnostics and atheists…and said topics are common to ALL concerns.
 
Lastly, NPULC is not medieval…just as absolutely no exorcism would be done without both request AND the opinion of at least a dozen licensed psychiatrists unanimous no medical cause for something existed or a person would not be harmed, neither will NPULC permit unlawful conduct(s) known to it. Also, liberation theologies of every origin are out of bounds, insofar as same tend to demand, rather than cogently articulate, benefits in ways prejudicing rights of agnostics, atheists, and others to choose or failing to provide for them; and some are outright homicidal, as 9/11 and bombings of abortion clinics, as but two examples, have painfully demonstrated.
 
These then are the principles by which NPULC and heads of any committees shall abide. NPULC is an opportunity for people of goodwill to pray or speak before the universal Creator minus any intrigues or politics, as well as to identify and charitably assist with humanitarian issues in fellowship…in other words, to "do the right thing".
 
New Pathway Universal Life Church is dedicated first and foremost to the universal Creator, and also to the memory of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

 

When Barack Obama speaks and quips things like "learn to speak Spanish" in re immigration policies, it helps to be from Illinois, Chicago in particular, to understand his political cloying.

 

He is the extension of Democrat Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley, all the other folks similarly minded (e.g., John Stroger Cook County), and their business orthodoxy. Let's call them the "outfit".

 

This "outfit" obviously envisions for Illinois...no matter WHO wins what, in that new laws are being called for with effective dates BEYOND election day...little more than a deepening of the edifice you see here today; the only difference to them is that if a Donkey Symbol is in the White House, it's Clintonian nirvana all over again with no prying eyes of the Federal Justice or other department(s), re pesky things like, oh, Constitutionality of anything Illinois "outfit" will do.

 

So naturally Obama tells us all just to speak Spanish, in part to try and whoop up incidental and untethered racism of all non-Hispanics against Hispanics, whom places like here simply use ala say medieval serfs to live on completely government-owned and literally sheer-will governed social trappings. As to "commerce", only "da outfit" and necessary foreign controlled business will occur, everything else "make do" for everyone else on ever-descending basis re quality, from housing to food and medicine.

 

Already, there is still pending the Illinois Religion Reformation Act of 2007; now, ala a mini-version of HR 1955, the Governor is preparing to sign a bill which will invade the province of the Judiciary and lower the standards in State Courts for ANY evidence of ANYTHING; Mike Madigan is calling for a hike in the State income tax; and of course, Obama last week said he'd be willing to push for Federal contractor (i.e., faith-based initiative providers) based on being the "wrong" religions as known only to him...oh, and let private employers fire anyone on like grounds on whim.

 

All of this includes local orthodoxy commitment to continuing in support and concert with European Union Parliament/PSE desires for diminutions to European and USA nationals to bring in either Muslims or Hispanics or Africans to said nations, give them the ultimate in housing project lifestyles, then exult ACTUAL jihadists with lifestyles ala Atta...so their USA and Europe will have SOME means of causing trouble without looking like it (q.v., Pakistan, Qaeda and Pashtun), while "nobly" standing on nationals (and really, immigrants) in the name of standing AGAINT terrorism which of course "brews where even credit and wellfare are given to idle hands" on a global basis. The goal is to SPREAD bad economics management of Mexico and the crummy bits of Lula/Castro/Chavez across the entire western hemisphere, in "da outfit's" mind.

 

To reiterate, when Obama or anyone else infers there's just bare racism, xenophobia, or nationalism afoot and they're just nice guys and gals trying to help those with DREAMs, they do so in avoidance of just what sort of society they arrange. Of course, wouldn't it be handy if folks would just get lost in debating such a canard than an actual agenda?

 

I have just accessed within sender email account for today; present at said inbox is a Kucinich PSA informing me that he will call for a floor vote of impeachment against President Bush today, likely as within is sent, based solely on mere allegation Bush manifestly misled anybody into war with Iraq re Saddam Hussein.

 

I respectfully remind the Ohio Congressman that President Bush et al could at worst, in the aftermath of accomplished 911 by al-Qaeda members on top of numerous WTC bombings, be construed only as rationally extrapolating cautions against Hussein, in that throughout the Clinton Presidency Senators like Durbin and Gore (and never reneging as Vice President Gore) insisted that rather than worry about al-Qaeda, all efforts should be directed against Saddam Hussein based on NON-AL-QAEDA factual Hussein support for terrorism and threats of his then well-organized military against the USA and world...again, this is best exemplified by 1992 speechifying by then Tennessee Senator Al Gore as currently reviewable at http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=9JE48XHKG64 .

 

This abiding desire to harm and distract those who disagree with the European Union Parliament's insistance that al-Qaeda and linked jihadists not part of the Hussein paralax or nexus is patently insane when advanced as a way to "neither submit to terrorism or risk national security"; only AMPLIFIED in lunacy when such folks then urge treating ALL Islamic jihadists as "honored diplomats, no matter WHO they blow up or kill" while using either ACTUAL European Union Parliament Article 13 (as approved by same's Socialist Group PSE), or USA House-approved HR 1955, to clear nationals and other immigrants to appease "diplomatically immune" terrorists.

 

Through Congressman Kucininch's call for floor vote re article of impeachment on allegation Bush misled re Iraq, it would seem to explain the 1992 et seq Gore inter alia Democrat war drums against Iraq and Hussein, Democrats today would have to admit Gore and relevants used THEIR Presidential-level influence of intelligence to make Hussein look worse than al-Qaeda so that European Union practices would not be stopped even at risk to USA national security ala claiming Atta et al were LESS threatening than Hussein.

 

As a purely academic point, and in my own personal opinion expressed to you solely as a USA national and voter, I respectfully submit that I continue to concur with President Bush that the "what ifs" of pre-2003 Iraq invasion were arrived at by the President's good faith analysis of data which included the Clinton White House national intelligence estimates inter alia.

 

I see no basis for impeachment of Bush or related as Kucinich now calls for both as protection of al-Qaeda and distraction that some in assorted levels of USA government are planning USA adoption of European Union Parliament styles of Islamic et al terrorism appeasements.

 

One could make a case that perhaps the Obama/Wes Clark/Democrat protocol on future nature of USA industrial-military complex is to ape the European Union Parliament's ways of dealing with Islamic terrorism: use sweeping powers to re-arrange nationals and regular immigrants, regardless of commercial/job/alternative fuel/regular fuel/farming land sacrificed, let in the avowed and even ONGOING Islamic jihadists, give them a mainstream life and keep it up even if they kill more in your country, then use email spam/church attendance/race simple/whatever "some evidence" you feel to sweep up any immigrants or nationals NOT Islamic terrorists...'cause even if two guys in Nowhere Earthpoint across the globe drop a cherry bomb down a toilet to spite poobah X and his local nose picking tax, if a Jihad Joe in Europe or the USA says a European or Hispanic or USA person "appeared to be getting alleged spam despite tons of personal data terrorists hack or steal as identities", gee, HOW could Jihad Joe a-knowed that unless some Hispanic or USA national DID request contact with him, like Jihad Joe says? Better go detain or rendition that bad immigrant or national, and give Jihad Joe a raise! Oh...and get us a missile shield in case China or Russia or whoever also mis-understands why USA officials would want Islamic terrorists treated with kid gloves and almost global diplomatic immunity, as USA BRAC goes forward and they'll only blame USA, European, and Latin nationals (possibly some Africans) if a bona fide terrorist hits China, Russia, wherever.

I've heard many on the Left these last couple of days suggest that the recent Supreme Court decision overturning DC's gun ban somehow is proof that activist right-wing Judges are trying to stir up a culture of death and racial violence through such ruling; some have suggested further that ala Iraq this proves right-wingers want to put loaded handguns into the hands of possibly deranged, rebellious, or citizens who might not get "courage" to speak or act without one...like those who say gun violence would increase but for their bans often say; on the Right, some suggest somehow a right to bear arms in private life is hugely popular .

 

Well, I am a so-called right-winger of actual...not just social...Conservative personality; I have long ago owned handguns purchased in strict accordance with then Federal and State and Local laws, and since 1983 have had no employment which required such lawful possession (and rules for carrying) such guns, so I way back them sold them to licensed dealers and never replaced them with anything; I have all my life thought only military, police, regulated protective services, and to a small degree persons in wilderness apt to encounter poisonous snakes or rabid large animals even need ANY gun in today's modern societies; I have always believed that if the framers of the Bill Of Rights meant "persons" they would have said so, instead of "the People", in re ownership of guns for USA defense...sort of then intending unless you were in then large external frontier wilderness, you had to stow and not touch a gun unless a call came from the government; and I believe in the death penalty for citizens overstepping the purpose of self-defense anytime they take life for personal power or passion.

 

Perhaps the Supreme Court had in mind that last bit...BRAC is marching right along, there's no draft, Democrats swear all defenses will be de-funded, any right not reserved to an interested federal or State government is reserved to the People directly; maybe the Court had in mind something like then letting USA persons own actual firearms simple in case a government needs them to provide militia-like, Minute Man-like first response unto infinity should martial attack from abroad occur, at least until a government reconstituted more formal means of defense. It would seem logical, in such academic exercise, to keep AMMUNITION for anything the sole right of government to make and store until, if ever, it is needed...if unto infinity civil rebellion(s) occurred, one would NOT want to sort out who were and were not "loyalists" by seeing who does or doesn't shoot at each other.

 

But even the question of the "masses" keeping even guns unable to be used seems moot, in that so many people just never have been that interested in gun ownership, and even if they were, so many manufacturers and ammuniton makers have gone out of business, the issue seems as moot as if the Court had said "You have an absolute right to wear whalebone corsets".

 

More than see gun ownership rights as some racial or other divisive statement(s), many foreign powers view guns in the hands of civilian populations as suggestive the Masses may revolt any time they don't like this or that, which kind of suggests instability and unreliability of various layers of government...the USA and Tito's Yugoslavia have been amongst the very few nations, ever, to allow private possession of weapons without official military purpose, and Hamas and al-Qaeda types have weapons but in a "permanent revolution" sense certainly inspiring no confidence in them.

 

If like the European Union the USA were to use sweeping HR 1955 or similar powers to bring in those from Qaedan and other Islamic jihad fronts, on belief paying admitted bona fide terrorists and tolerating as many death blows as they STILL would then care to make, then like the European Union Parliament one would be faced with economic stasis (not based in other than credit or government ownerships) from which at any end of social strata terrorism could arise; funded like mainstream middle-class and otherwise idle, Atta types could recruit and fly without let or hindrance through the West and strike even China or Russia; this could cause another power to question why one needs an allegedly defensive missile shield if all they intend is a stagnant society enabling terrorists to grow and attack outside the West.

 

I know recently I've carped about a lot of my own experiences re moral relativity of Illinois officials and their orthodoxies, but all I mean by same is to illustrate that they support my perception Illinois officials are dedicated to an ongoing static society as within aforesaid; to be sure, it doesn't seem to have drawn much business or job opportunities to Illinois to have so many changing rules on everything once deals or decisions are rendered, or similar moral relativities the same as IF having permanent revolution by political will rather than overt violence...and the point of it all seems to be to pursue European Union Parliament-like social restructurings and alleged anti-terrorism tactics.

 

Some in Europe and USA politics have already made it hard on our troops, and the good Muslims and others in Iraq and elsewhere, to boldly proclaim they are glad Qaeda et al are getting to see faces of those who stop their attacks even on other Muslims, and to further offer unpatrolled, unfettered free mainstream lifestyles to any Muslim who so much as set an IED against a soldier and call themselves a jihadist...let's hope that the moot issue of handgun ownership doesn't mute how Democrats and a European Union Parliament are trying to get their hands on missile shields while growing terrorism in their own backyards, in the Mid East, and globally, without concern for their own citizens, immigrants, or foreign lands.

 

I continue to support George Walker Bush re the war on terrorism, and Conservatives for national offices.

 

As of today, at this Warren-Newport library from which such as within is sent, there is a new procedure...when I enter the premises, the computers "go down" and need to be re-booted; this is not due to porn or child stalking or terrorism or anything else staff wishes to indicate; I came in half-hour ago and got treatment, went out half-hour, came back, found res system giving internet tickets and computers functioning, others using same; I sat down at within unit #10, library staffer again coming around telling people internet is down and he needs to re-boot (how is within done/sent, then?).

 

It's a scam because they have that Our Lady Of Humility Roman Catholic old woman "Pat" as a volunteer here, she being a perienniel volunteer here also, and both the library and RC Church ARE rather protective of Obama and Democrats, and well...who do libraries beg off to keep jobs re State funding?

 

Apparently, being pro-Conservative and civil rights and defense as I write at my "Conservative Nation" blog under Illinois at Townhall.com, is offensive to these library staffers; after all, an ILLINOIS investigator DID come out to my residence to pry after I checked out Catechism of the Catholic Church here two months ago, and my landlord HAS been sheepishly accepting full payments from me and my wife last two months...BUT withholding all services other units enjoy...aw, poor public license holder, he. Then there's police constantly following and/or stopping/shooting anyone in Cook and Lake Counties of any race who attends any RC or thereto Protestant service, the hemorrhage of business and jobs, the rise of cheap and fast New Urban housing communites, and of course the attendant mass immigrant influx treated to routine police inspections, County health service vehicles, and other trappings of minimal security prison life...at least some local officials ARE strongarming to induce more landscaping contracts, so there's SOME kind of work, trabajo, arbeit, whatever, for a few immigrants. 

 

This is all you get in this 100% Democrat-run State of Obama's, the kind of malarkey Dems hope to spread to every nook and cranny of the USA and then some. 

 

Again, it is apparent I am not welcome in Lake County if not all Illinois, for no reason(s) anyone would care to put into say a writ or charge(s) of civil, criminal, or both nature. Thus, it can only be that I am a USA national whose "time has come, again" and have to move on, now not even libraries to be allowed to let me in via creating "unrealted unavailablity" upon my entry...harassment away, like every workplace, school, park, public record keeper, Court, that sort of thing, so "nobody's doin' nuttin' to youse...youse must be streesed out...pay cut in half as top producer while folks who can't sell a thing for months are brought in at reduced but higher pay than youse".

 

Very well, but PLEASE do me the favor of accepting my notice that I'm shutting up after today because Illinois authority WILL ensure I and anyone similarly situated are gone by this next election. I know in 1998, as I stood against Mid America Management (Robert H. Baum of Inland, one of a zillion corp names on his one office) and their law firm Sanford Kahn limited, they suing for possession of a Lincoln Park unit as they just couldn't rent to anyone of USA nationality anymore, I was viciously knifed in the head and elsewhere, my head kicked 25 times into a brick wall and then left to die, no robbery attempt, and news then said folks 18-81 in same area hit same way by same men; Daley's police informed me I didn't want to cooperate, but that must have been their police order to me...my face took a YEAR to heal, and one of those men had a CPD badge on his belt in plainclothes then. Oh, yes...after leases which were timely and completely honored, and attack, the Court was kind enough to grant us monthly use and occupancy as if a lease had existed but encouraged our move away. Similar happened when it almost seemed the Court itself sua sponte served most of Hyde Park with eviction proceedings non obstante six months pre-paid rents plus timely regular payments, and so it goes when "conversion to European Union compliances" gears to the next level.

 

Did I mention CRA's here can easily report you don't even appear in Illinois no matter how long you work and pay taxes? Lisa Madigan's office told us last year they don't consider that sort of thing a matter for consumer advocacy...that's Madigan spelled D-E-M-O-C-R-A-T. Heck, I can't even be accepted here for voter registration while others similarly situated ARE.

 

I'm emailing and posting this because it's horse hockey Obama and his sidekick Durbin or in fact any Illinois Dem gives half a thin you-know-what about other than perpetuating themselves in a world where they feel outclassed by all other leaders and peoples. 

 

My wife and I will hereafter immediately set about moving to Oregon or thereto adjacent at the first instant we may; I intend to keep my daily long walks on same routes, but if no one hears from me or someone clones my ID, give me the chance to show I am up to nothing more than peaceably leaving all in Illinois to themselves once and for all, get my necessary birth and related certifed copies and such, and be out of this lovely State's hair once and for all by or just after Labor Day.
